My name is Sophie Cooper and I am predominately a Sports Photographer and Videographer from the United Kingdom. As a passionate and driven person I thrive in dynamic environments, where innovation and collaboration are key.
Sport orientates my life and seamlessly partners with my love for photography. Through photography, I strive to isolate moments within the fast-paced environment of sport and subsequently produce images that tell a story and invoke emotions. In each shot, I strive to capture not only the action but the intensity and passion that provides meaning. These emotions connect fans, inspire athletes and make each game/event memorable. Therefore I place high importance on capturing this. I love finding that perfect split-second where emotion and motion collide, creating images that show the human side of competition. Down to the smallest details, I aim to capture the heart of each sport in every shot, making the images a powerful tribute.
Photography helps me explore and appreciate everything around me, sharpening my awareness and subsequently elevating my work. The world is full of unique compositions and I feel a constant pull to capture and share them.
